Description: Classes vary widely, they include  a modified sun/moon salutation or other flow sequence interspersed with floor work and modern exercise.  Each class includes awareness of the breath, sensations of alignment and pose, and meditation. Props are encouraged as is an attitude of acceptance of bodily limitations.  Teaching  style and training are based on the tradition of T.K.V. Desikachar, the son of the great Krishnamachary.
